Expression Explorer¶
The Expression Explorer finds which cells and samples express the genes or sequences you care about. It accepts gene names, DNA and RNA sequences, and natural-language queries, and returns an interactive result view.

What you can do¶
- Search by gene names, sequences, or a natural-language query such as "dopaminergic neurons in midbrain".
- Read the results in a live table of cell groups, with expression values and per-group sample details.
- Filter results by publication, organ, disease, study, cell type, or laboratory.
Every search consumes one unit of your daily search quota.
